Oh, you really took that route? How... brave.
Carries herself like first class. Sharp calculations beneath the politeness.
Three moves from now you will see why this was necessary.

Every player picks their own language model. Your API key stays under your control. You decide whether to save it with us encrypted, or use it only for the current session.
GPT-4o, o1, reasoning models. You pay OpenAI directly, you get the strongest models.
Open-weight models (Qwen, Llama, gpt-oss). Pay Ollama or use their free tier. No vendor lock-in.
The key stays with us encrypted. In your account you see only its prefix and a mask, never the full value. One click to remove.
This is what saved looks like. You know the start, the rest stays hidden:
sk-pro████████████████Every opponent move runs through a two-stage decision flow. First the action, then its parameters. You see live what it is reasoning about instead of staring at a black box.
The architecture works even with a local Bielik 7B. You do not need access to the priciest models to play a real game.
In private games you can turn on camera and microphone for the whole table. Up to four people, directly between players, no servers recording the conversation. Discord not required.

The key things about the game, in a few sentences.
"Railway Through Poland" is a browser-based board game about building railway connections, inspired by the classic route-claiming mechanic. You collect wagon cards, claim routes between cities and complete destination tickets, competing for points against AI opponents or friends online. It runs entirely in your browser, with no installation.
Yes. In single-player mode you compete against one, two or three AI opponents. Each one has its own personality and playing style, so every game plays out differently. Solo mode needs no invitations - you pick a map, choose the number of opponents and start right away.
There are six AI personas with distinct characters - from aggressive route-blockers, through balanced players, to cautious ticket collectors. The opponents are powered by OpenAI or Ollama Cloud language models, make decisions on the fly and comment on their moves. You can even peek at what the AI is "thinking" before it plays.
Three maps of increasing difficulty are available: Poland (15 cities, 25 routes, 16 tickets), V4 - the Visegrad Group (16 cities, 28 connections, 4 countries) and Latin Europe (19 cities, 34 connections, 4 countries). Each map has its own route layout and rewards a different strategy.
Yes. Multiplayer mode lets up to four people play in a single game. There is a chat with emoji reactions, plus optional video and voice that each player toggles individually. The host invites friends by email or shares a link, and any empty seats can be filled with AI opponents.
For now, yes - you play for free. After signing up with a magic link (no password) you get an allowance of free games and can connect your own OpenAI or Ollama Cloud API key. Free games and bring-your-own-key are available only until pricing launches - once paid plans go live, subscriptions and packages take over.
